Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Assistant supports the end-to-end recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, 201 filing and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for applicants. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of HR or recruitment experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone or email screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
- Prepare recruitment-related documents such as job offers and reference checks.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires when needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
