Job Summary:

The Recruitment Assistant supports the end-to-end recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, 201 filing and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for applicants. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of HR or recruitment experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone or email screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents such as job offers and reference checks.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires when needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience in social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
