Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to role requirements
  • Use various recruitment platforms, events, and networks to attract quality talent

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and selection best practices
  • Participate in job evaluations and calibration meetings

Recruitment Operations

  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with stakeholders
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Draft offer letters and support contract preparation

Process & Compliance

  • Recommend improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records and data in ATS and recruitment systems
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Reporting & Special Projects

  • Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to leadership
  • Lead or contribute to recruitment/HR projects as needed
  • Manage sourcing programs or channels as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Familiar with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in multinational or shared services environments is a plus
