We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive user acquisition for our casual and social game products in the Philippine market.
In this role, you will work closely with local and regional traffic partners to acquire high-quality and retained users at scale, while maintaining healthy acquisition costs and strong user engagement. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role ideal for candidates with experience in affiliate marketing, growth, or user acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Recruitment & Partner Management
- Identify, recruit, and manage Philippines-focused affiliates and traffic partners
- Collaborate with ad networks, content publishers, mini-game portals, KOLs, and community owners
- Build and maintain long-term, scalable partner relationships
- Evaluate traffic sources based on quality, retention, and growth potential
Partnership Models & Commercial Management
Manage and optimize cooperation models, including:
CPI, CPA, CPE, and retention-based CPA
- Adjust pricing and commercial terms based on PH market performance
- Prevent low-quality, incentivized, or short-term traffic
- Ensure acquisition costs align with product retention and LTV targets
Tracking, Attribution & Data Accuracy
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of affiliate traffic
Monitor key user events such as:
Registration
- First game session
- Retention (D1 / D3 / D7)
- Cross-check data between tracking platforms and internal dashboards
- Identify, report, and resolve abnormal traffic behavior promptly
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze affiliate performance using key metrics:
CPI / CPA
- Retention rates
- Session length and engagement
- Make data-driven decisions to scale, optimize, or stop traffic sources
- Provide regular performance insights and optimization recommendations
Traffic Quality Control
Identify and manage low-quality or abnormal traffic, including:
Incentivized traffic
- Emulator or device farm traffic
- Users with extremely short sessions or low engagement
- Set and enforce clear quality benchmarks to ensure sustainable growth in the PH market
Must Have
- 1–3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, User Acquisition, or Growth roles
- Experience working with Philippines or Southeast Asia traffic
- Understanding of casual games, social games, or consumer apps
- Strong data analysis skills with a performance-driven mindset
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with H5 or PWA game products
- Familiarity with PH user behavior and traffic characteristics
- Experience with push, native, or mini-game traffic sources
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Adjust, Voluum, AppsFlyer, or GA4
- Experience working with local KOLs or community-based traffic
- Growth of qualified PH users
- CPI / CPA within target benchmarks
- D1 / D3 retention aligned with product expectations
- Number of scalable, high-quality affiliate partners
- Sustainable and repeatable growth performance
