Job Title: Sales Associate (Independent Contractor for Sales)

Company: Recherché Phoenix Beauty Essential Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Promote, market, and sell the Company's products/services to clients and prospects.

  2. Develop and maintain client relationships.

  3. Meet sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

  4. Represent the Company professionally at all times.

  5. Perform other reasonably given sales-related tasks.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

  • Meet the Company's established sales target of one hundred fifty (150) starter kits for the duration of the 3-month contract period.

Work Hours/Autonomy:

  • The Service Provider is generally expected to be available between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or as necessary to meet the sales target and client needs.
  • The Service Provider retains discretion in managing time and workload, provided that all deliverables and agreed sales objectives are met.

Other Terms:

  • The Service Provider is responsible for filing and paying all applicable taxes arising from their earnings under the Agreement.
  • The Service Provider must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Company's Confidential Information (including client lists, member data, marketing strategies, and financial information) both during and after the Agreement's termination.
  • Failure to meet sales targets is a cause for immediate termination by the Company.
