Key Requirements: Minimum of 15 to 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in B2C pharmaceutical sales and commercial management for branded generics, with at least five years in a senior leadership role.

Role Summary: The Commercial Head will lead the field sales and commercial functions of the organisation in the Philippines, driving growth through effective strategic planning, sales execution and team leadership. This executive role requires exceptional commercial acumen, proven leadership of large teams and strong relationship-building capabilities, especially with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regulators and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an Indian national with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales and operations leadership, and an ability to thrive in a cross-cultural, international environment.
