Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across agencies and brands. Lead high-value negotiations to embed our solutions into clients' digital and performance strategies. Build Partnerships Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across major agency groups and leading local advertisers. Partner with brands active in gaming, video, and influencer marketing. Tailor commercial strategies to align with local agency models and client objectives. Develop the Market Position the company as the go-to partner for attention-first, next-gen media solutions. Represent the brand at industry events and thought leadership forums. Share market intelligence to shape strategy and influence product development. Lay the Foundation for Scale Establish strong processes, best practices, and commercial frameworks to enable growth. Collaborate with regional operations, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution. Build the case for expanding the local team as revenue milestones are achieved. What You'll Bring 7+ years in digital media, adtech, or programmatic sales with a proven record of success. Strong network across the Philippines' media and advertising industry. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through agency and brand partnerships. Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience in CRM management and forecasting. Independent, entrepreneurial, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
