We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and provides a strong foundation in recruitment processes and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support onboarding tasks, including document management and orientation coordination.
  • Research and recommend tools or strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related program.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Note:

This is an unpaid internship, but high-performing interns will be guaranteed a job offer upon successful completion of the program.
