Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource or any related course
  • Required to render 600 hours of on-the-job training.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  • Customer Service
  • Welcome walk-in applicants and endorse them to the appropriate team
  • Respond to Facebook inquiries using approved templates; escalate critical queries to the account holder
  • Documentation
  • Learn candidate documentation requirements per country/client
  • Follow up with candidates via email, SMS, or call
  • Manage document uploads/downloads in the recruitment system
  • Operate printer and scanner equipment
  • Training Monitoring
  • Understand client training requirements and trainee challenges
  • Follow up on trainee attendance and participation
  • Recruitment Assistance
  • Receive and process applications in the digital system
  • Respond to emails using templates and match applicants to suitable job openings
  • Escalate unusual or sensitive inquiries to the account holder.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
