About the role

KHZ WELLNESS MASSAGE SERVICES OPC' is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR. This full-time position will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in shaping and driving our human resources strategy and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and best practices
  • Identifying and addressing HR-related challenges, providing practical solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Spearheading talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the HR team

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consulting or wellness industry
  • Proven expertise in managing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis to drive decision-making
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and empowering work environment
