Overview We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead and drive the HR strategy of a large-scale organization. This role will oversee all aspects of people management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and organizational development. Partner closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that support business strategies and foster a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in people management. Drive programs that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and professional growth. Lead workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development efforts. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Manage and develop the HR team, building strong capabilities to deliver excellence in HR services. Qualifications Proven track record as a senior HR leader, ideally at the Director level or higher, within complex organizations. Strong expertise in strategic HR management, organizational design, and change management. Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level. Experience managing HR in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or large-scale operations is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
