The Sales Manager leads the overall vehicle sales operations of the branch. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, coaching the sales team, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company's brand and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets for unit sales, financing, and other dealership offerings.
  • Manage and coach the sales team, including daily supervision, target setting, performance evaluations, and training.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track leads, conversions, and market trends to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct sales meetings, briefings, and product updates for the team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with vehicle suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely vehicle availability, pricing updates, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure the showroom and sales floor reflect the highest standard of professionalism and product presentation.
  • Handle escalated client concerns or issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining dealership reputation.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of car dealership operations, sales techniques, and financing options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, dealership systems (DMS), and MS Office applications.
  • Preferably with experience handling Japanese, Korean, or Chinese car brands.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in General Santos City (Gensan)/ Davao City.

Job Type: Full-time
