GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Admin is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties required to support Iceplant operations. This role plays a key part in assisting the sales and marketing teams by ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, and coordinating campaigns to drive sales and growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study Marketing, Economics, Management, Management Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related courses.
  • With or without experience

Brief Statement of Duties/Works to be Performed:

  • Tracking orders
  • Processing paperwork
  • Maintaining the customer database
  • Ensuring products or services are delivered on time
  • Handling customer questions, requests, and complaints
