About the role

Duke-R Medical is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team to be based in General Santos City South Cotabato. This full-time position will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer relationships within the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
  • Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships through excellent account management
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel within area of assignment
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
