DESKTOP PUBLISHING SPECIALIST (TYPESETTER)

Responsibilities:

  • Convert documents from other software applications into professional typesetting platforms

  • Format texts, charts, graphs, tables and other financial/commercial content according to customer standards and format

  • Complete work requests promptly and accurately

  • Perform other document processing jobs as may be required

Qualifications

  • At least college level (undergraduate students are welcome to apply)

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator knowledge is an advantage

  • InDesign experience is preferred but not required

  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Required to work in shifts (morning/afternoon/night)

  • Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays
