Job Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Assistant: ( Subject to further instruction/Task that the Management may be deemed necessary in the operation).

  • All H.R related works including but not limited to the following.
  • Checking the employees' DTR every cut-off and taking note of all the lates and absences of the employees and recommends the employees candidates for suspension and termination.
  • Checking if all the employees are in strict compliance with the company policy.
  • Jotting down the minutes in every meeting.
  • Make sure all the employees' 201 files have a complete requirement and updated.
  • Preparing all the documents needed for renewal of business.
  • Monitoring all the pantry and office supplies expenses.
  • Continuous recruitment of new employees.
  • Prepare employment contract.
  • Monitoring of all office concerns from time to time.
  • Keeping all files recorded.
  • Other instructions given by the management from time to time.
  • Monitoring of all office equipment if it is all working.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a passion for helping others and creating a positive work environment.
