Job Purpose:

To help manage the end-to-end Logistics to achieve continuity of supply in order to support the business, and work on enhancing the processes in the LOC warehouse, storage and delivery to the Customers at most optimum cost

Key Responsibilities:

LEADERSHIP
– Deliver the Key Metrics in Supply Chain with focus on continuous availability of supply with the best managed processes on Warehousing and Distribution of goods at the most efficient manner.

EXPERTISE/ KEY TASKS:
– Adapts to the Haleon Processes to meet the Quality and Regulatory Standards, and Good Warehousing Standards

– Works with Customer Service Team and with Demand Team to achieve the targeted Supply Chain Metrics

– Helps manage the 3PL Performance

– Helps manage the Repacker

– Address all gaps that add unnecessary costs along the chain;

– Keen on cost management with good balance vs. Customer Service.

– Check and controls billings from Suppliers

– With enough level of expertise on Inventory Related Transaction in SAP

– Knows to prioritize workload based on impact to the business

PARTNERSHIP
– Initiates prompt resolution of issues with the 3PL and all functions in the LOC that affect availability of Supply and Supply Chain E2E Costs

– Works with the Commercial team on repacking activities

– Drives continuous improvement initiatives/ programs

Job Requirements:

Core Requirements:

– Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Supply Chain- Logistics, or Management courses

– Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain related function

– In depth knowledge on Supply Chain in a Healthcare FMCG environment

– Very good level proficiency in MS Excel, and in SAP

Preferred Requirements:

– Able to work on own initiative, results oriented

– Very good interpersonal skills with ability to resolve Logistics related issues

– Qualification in a supply chain related discipline
