Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our location in Las Piñas. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and policy implementation. They will also develop and lead employee engagement programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational development. Collaboration with department heads to align HR initiatives with company goals will be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • HR Operations: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
  • Employee Relations: Skills in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Compliance and Policy Development: Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership and Strategy: Competence in workforce planning, organizational development, and advising management
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar industry is beneficial
