About the role
Hakata Power Machineries Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Valenzuela City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our industry-leading power generation equipment and solutions to commercial and industrial clients across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Provide expert consultative sales support to guide customers through the purchase process
- Prepare detailed, professional sales proposals and presentations
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and product innovations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the power generation or industrial equipment industries
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales automation tools
- Degree in business, engineering or a related field is preferred
