Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions based on their needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and product information to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
