What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at existing client organisations
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, operations, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets of ₱ 50 million annually
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline
  • Experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience selling Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment, Stainless products, industrial materials, or B2B manufacturing solutions
