What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at existing client organisations
- Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, operations, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts, with a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets of ₱ 50 million annually
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline
- Experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience selling Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment, Stainless products, industrial materials, or B2B manufacturing solutions
