Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our internet sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment of agents, coaching, and strategy implementation across assigned areas, ensuring agents meet their sales targets while upholding company standards. The candidate must also be able to work independently without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business growth and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Manage sales agents and field sales agents.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard sales agents.
  • Coach and develop agents to improve performance and productivity.
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues regarding products or services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase activations and overall sales.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and events to promote products and services.
  • Provide minimal supervision across all assigned areas, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain daily reporting to management and update via messenger group as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A graduate or undergraduate degree is acceptable.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in any industry.
  • Experience in telecommunications, ISP, or a related technology/service industry is highly advantageous
    but not required
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented ("madiskarte").
  • Flexible and able to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork as needed.
  • Must be a resident of the required location or willing to relocate.
  • Can work independently without supervision.
