· Managing hiring and onboarding
· Screen and Interview candidates
· Provide shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
· Creation of company IDs for new hires and existing employees
· Create employment contracts for new employees of the company
· Organize and maintain Employees 201 Files
· Ensure that all HR documents are recorded and filed appropriately.
· Manage employee records
· Oversees employee leave credits
· Prepare and oversees payroll-related documents such as DTR
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training)
