Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or in Accountancy, Finance or any related course.

  • 0-1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting soft wares.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Descriptions

- Check supplier invoices against approved orders, contracts, or other documents.

  • Do bookkeeping, account checks, and reports (like Cash Reconciliation, Cash Flow, and Account Payables), and manage billing and collections.

  • Prepare payments and letters for suppliers, employees, and government on time.

  • Keep records of assets and inventory, and help with regular counts.

  • Manage supplier approval and collect needed documents.

  • Submit monthly reports, including tax filings and expense details.

  • Help with preparing for the annual financial audit.
