Architect (Healthcare) | Permanent WFH

As an Architect with healthcare experience, you will play a crucial role in providing expert support to one of our esteemed clients, leveraging your specialized knowledge and skills to ensure the successful planning, design, and execution of their projects. You will collaborate closely with our client's team, contributing to innovative ideas, overseeing project timelines, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing technical challenges, optimizing project outcomes, and delivering exceptional results that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the client's team to understand project requirements and provide expert architectural guidance.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions during the planning and design phases to enhance project outcomes.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Manage project resources efficiently, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all designs and executions comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Address technical challenges proactively, offering solutions that optimize project performance and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budget to deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholder review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
• Licensed Architect
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice
• Candidates with Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of your role, project details, and contributions
• Proficiency in REVIT software or other softwares
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours
