  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
  • Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • Must have experience in a construction set-up.
  • Experience as an estimating and quantity surveyor using Planswift.
  • Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
  • With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
  • Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
  • Experience in Schedule Management.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasig City

Job Description.

  • Understanding and experience in the plan review process.
  • Understanding and experience in the Construction and Fit-out Project.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in architecture and construction.
  • Adept understanding and experience working with Facade projects and Interior Fit-out.
  • Strong experience in High-Rise renovation and commercial projects.
  • Proven experience in procurement and vendor sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
  • Experience in exterior and interior fit-out works.
  • Highly Focused on Construction over Design.
