The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from members, providers, and clients regarding health insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare-related concerns. The CSR ensures timely, accurate, and empathetic service in accordance with company policies and HMO regulations.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Undergraduate of any Medical Allied course: Midwifery, Radtech, PT, Dental Assisting, Surgical Technology, Nursing, Medical Billing, Practical Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Aide, Biology (Experience not required)

Competitive Salary and HMO upon regularization.

Non-Medical Allied? No problem 6 months of BPO experience handling an HMO account works too.

Flexibility for shifting schedules

Ready to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Available to start ASAP
