Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective planning, budgeting, and area management.
  • Expand customer base by mapping opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring sales performance, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support brand promotions.
  • Use data and analytics to strengthen sales strategies and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years' experience in Sales (preferably in Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or Cargo).
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and P&L management experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned across NCR, Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao.
  • Preferably at Assistant Manager/Manager level with proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
