Selling Supervisor

The Selling Area Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability within a designated product category. This role manages day-to-day store operations and ensures the seamless execution of category strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service within the assigned product section
• Increase category performance by meeting sales objectives, maintaining product quality, and minimizing shrinkage or spoilage
• Accurately execute marketing plans and promotional activities within established timelines
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock monitoring and documentation
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of sales floor staff and merchandisers assigned to the product area

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
• At least one year of relevant experience in retail operations, store supervision, or the food and beverage industry
