Job Summary
- Guide local Area Broker Coordinators in each province to achieve activation targets, deliver margins, and strengthen broker engagement.
- Align province-level strategies with regional roadmaps to ensure consistency across events, campaigns, and internal communications
- Serve as field execution lead and primary liaison for analytical escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- At least 5 years of coordination experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing multi-project or territory-level broker operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (dashboards), PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strategic thinker with strong coaching skills and experience in cross-province execution
- Skilled at synthesizing field insights and corporate dashboards for presentation to senior leaders
- Knowledgeable about industry indicators within the assigned area
- Extensive broker network and connections in the area of assignment
- Willing to travel for work as required
