Job Summary

  • Guide local Area Broker Coordinators in each province to achieve activation targets, deliver margins, and strengthen broker engagement.
  • Align province-level strategies with regional roadmaps to ensure consistency across events, campaigns, and internal communications
  • Serve as field execution lead and primary liaison for analytical escalations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • At least 5 years of coordination experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing multi-project or territory-level broker operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (dashboards), PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strategic thinker with strong coaching skills and experience in cross-province execution
  • Skilled at synthesizing field insights and corporate dashboards for presentation to senior leaders
  • Knowledgeable about industry indicators within the assigned area
  • Extensive broker network and connections in the area of assignment
  • Willing to travel for work as required
