Your Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to answer calls and complete booking information for customers in a timely and accurate manner. This is a position ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

As a Booking Agent, You Will
  • Answer incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
  • Collect and input booking information accurately into the system.
  • Provide clear information and assistance regarding booking procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and bookings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful service

What You Need

Non-negotiables
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO Industry, specifically handling booking/scheduling and customer service
  • Proficiency in clinic management or scheduling software, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
