Southwestern University PHINMA is looking for highly-driven individuals who are open for short-term engagement in our Marketing Department.

Student Engagement and Communication

  • Provide clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication to address inquiries, build trust, and guide decision-making.
  • Ensure that prospective students and parents understand career outcomes, benefits, and unique value propositions.

Coaching and Guidance

  • Act as mentors by motivating students to pursue higher education.
  • Help overcome barriers such as financial concerns, relocation issues, or confidence gaps.
  • Data Monitoring and Reporting
  • Update student information and communication outcomes in Hubspot Collaboration
  • Share feedback from students to improve communication strategies and marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of in BS Psychology
  • Confident and effective in speaking with students, parents, school heads, and teachers.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Passionate about helping students pursue education and achieve career goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
