Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the sales skills and performance of our team members through coaching, training, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales representatives to improve their selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
  • Create a motivating and supportive environment that encourages learning and development.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights for training focus.
  • Facilitate role-playing exercises and provide hands-on training to reinforce learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales coaching and training.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Sales trainer/Sales coach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for developing others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
