Business Development and Operations Support

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to support business development and operational functions across our healthcare services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven sales experience—preferably within the healthcare field—and thrives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple healthcare service teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct outreach to doctor's offices and healthcare providers to introduce and promote our services.
- Manage, track, and follow up on referrals to ensure smooth processing and timely responses.
- Support pharmacy teams with public and private insurance coverage navigation.
- Assist in executing business development strategies to expand partnerships and service offerings.
- Monitor referral and performance data to identify trends and prepare simple reports for leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacy teams, and community partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience — healthcare or medical field experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proficient in using email, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to work independently.
- Comfortable cold-calling or initiating contact with clinics and service partners.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital documents, reporting, and communication.
- High-speed internet and a private workspace required.
- Must work exclusively as an independent contractor for our company
