QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least graduate of Civil Engineering Technology or any 4-year course if non-graduate.
  • At least 1 year work experience in a batching plant as Laboratory Technician or 3 months OJT as Laboratory Technician.
  • Must be a model of honesty, professional integrity, and must inspire the trust and confidence of clients, colleagues, management, and staff.
  • Must have a professional driver's license with restrictions 1, 2, 3.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule the testing dates of concrete samples from various job sites.
  • Coordinate testing schedules and related information with an accredited external laboratory.
  • Prepare and submit concrete samples and raw materials to the accredited external material.
  • Witness the actual testing of concrete samples.
  • Submit copies of test reports to the client.
  • Conduct necessary corrective actions for non-conforming samples.
  • Ensure all testing schedules are met and delays are avoided.
  • Ensure the assigned service vehicle is clean, maintained, and in proper working condition.
