Position Summary:

The I.T. and Test Administrator supports both the company's technology system and testing operations. This role includes managing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network systems; maintaining company websites; handling digital learning resources; and manage the development of in-house testing software.

The position also oversees the daily operations of the testing center, including exam proctoring, client coordination, technical issue resolution, and documentation management.

Collaboration and coordination with staff and/or faculty is essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues within the company.
  • Design, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress or Wix.
  • Source and manage digital copies of textbooks and learning materials.
  • Convert company-owned books into audiobook format.
  • Ensure stable and secure network connectivity across all company systems.
  • Debug and continue coding the mock testing software currently in development.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the testing center.
  • Administer and proctor examinations to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the program coordinator.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during testing sessions.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documentation before and after exams.
  • Respond to testing inquiries received through company email and social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Effective customer service and people skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both technical and functional.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic and able to work in a flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift equipment with weight.
  • Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.
  • Familiarity with testing platforms, databases, and IT security protocols is an advantage.
