Job Summary

  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to printers.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Replace and calibrate printer parts such as fusers, rollers, toner sensors, and print heads.
  • Ensure all service calls and work orders are accurately documented and submitted on time.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding printer operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the Service Supervisor for parts requests, inventory needs, and service schedules.
  • Perform network configuration for printers (IP setup, driver installation, connectivity testing).
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and client confidentiality protocols.
  • Promote excellent customer service and maintain a professional image during all client interactions.
