Responsibilities:

  • Handle authorization requests
  • Conduct eligibility review and insurance verification
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups (Inbound and Outbound)
Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare insurance

  • Knowledge with authorization and eligibilities

  • Excellent verbal & written English skills
  • Amenable working onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Willing to work night shifts
