Job Summary:
The Patient Service Representative serves as the frontline contact in Central Registration. He/she will be responsible for patient-related servicing, including responding to queries, providing information and assistance, and managing complaints and feedback.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on a shifting schedule. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to patient queries and provide accurate information.
- Manage complaints and feedback from patients and their families.
- Assist with the registration process and ensure smooth hospital operations.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Tourism/Travel.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Customer Service Skills, Communication Skills.
