Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including engineers, field technicians, subcontractors, and vendor representatives.
  • Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei telecom equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalate critical issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client, internal teams, and vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).
  • Monitor project deliverables, verify documentation, and ensure acceptance by the client.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization during project rollout.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading telecom implementation projects with Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), transmission systems, and core network integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred).
