Job Description:

Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Oversees project teams, coordinates with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provides leadership in resolving issues, managing risks, and achieving project milestones.

Key Duties:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Supervise and guide project teams and site managers.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Manage contracts, procurement, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare project reports and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Attend meetings at the client's site to discuss project updates, requirements, and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer).
  • At least 8–10 years of proven experience in construction project management, with exposure to large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Willing to work on a project-based employment arrangement at NCC Mall, Davao.

Compensation:

Right remuneration will be offered to the right candidate, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

  • Sr. Project Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • License Civil Engineer (Preferred)
