Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience in chicken, frozen meat, or related food industry.
  • Strong client network in supermarkets, dealers, or food service sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel to various client locations and wet markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities in supermarkets, wet markets, food service, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Manage existing accounts by ensuring timely delivery, product availability, and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and gather market feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
  • Promote new product lines and seasonal offers to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
