JOB OBJECTIVES:

This role is responsible for responsible managing the end-to-end warehouse operations of Cebu and Davao sites though effective 3PL management, inventory control, safety compliance, and process compliances and process improvements. Key objectives include ensuring timely and accurate inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining optimal inventory levels, reducing costs, maximizing space, and implementing continuous improvements for productivity and strategic alignment with business goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Daily Operations Oversight:

o   Manage the day-to-day functions of the warehouse operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

·       Inventory Management:

o   Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with the inventory data storage system.

·       Internal Stakeholder Management:

o   Lead Cross-functional engagements to drive projects that involve other departments. Will also work with other departments to ensure seamless operations and align warehouse activities with overall business objectives.

  • 3PL Performance Management:

  • Monitor and drive improvement in performance metrics and KPIs, providing timely and regular feedback with 3PLs and ensuring that any points for improvement are discussed and progress is monitored

  • Safety Standards:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement processes and strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

  • Digitalization/ Technology Adoption:

  • Oversee the implementation and use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies. Should advocate for more digitalization in the warehouse operations

  • Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs and aligning expenses with financial goals.

  • KPI Management and Reporting:

Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports and statistics on warehouse performance for regular management meetings and reviews

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

·       Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations/Business Management and the like

·       Experience: With at least 7 years management/leadership experience in the logistics industry under FMCG companies, or 3PL servicing FMCG companies

·       With hands on experience in warehouse processes like inventory control, warehouse layouting, pickface designing, shipment monitoring, etc

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

·       Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills

·       Excellent Negotiation, Presentation and Communication Skills

·       Strong knowledge of logistics processes

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Highly Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

·       Proficiency in SAP WMS and/or any leading WMS in the industry
