Do you have a knack for organization, planning, and leading teams to deliver results? We're looking for a Logistics Manager who can oversee end-to-end logistics operations and make sure our materials, equipment, and resources move efficiently to support our telecom projects nationwide

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage all logistics operations — including procurement, warehousing, delivery, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely deployment of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and field personnel for dispatch and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
  • Supervise warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare logistics reports, track KPIs, and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
  • Ensure all logistics activities follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong background in inventory management, transport coordination, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management systems.
  • Telecom industry experience is a strong advantage.
