Key Task Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the availability of critical materials to meet the 99.99% SLA for data center operations, especially during service provisioning and emergencies.
  2. Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and logistics to ensure efficient and accurate handling, movement, and timely issuance of materials.
  3. Maintain stock levels, manage replenishments, and deliver supplies and equipment to various departments promptly.
  4. Organize and optimize the storage area by adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements as needed.
  5. Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and input accurate data to maintain inventory records.
  6. Contribute to strategic planning by providing warehouse operational insights, supporting operational standards, and assisting with quality and customer service initiatives.
  7. Identify operational problems, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless warehouse functioning.
  8. Implement warehouse system improvements to boost efficiency, and provide input on annual budget planning, monitoring expenditures, and identifying variances.
  9. Supervise and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and Janitors, ensuring they maintain a clean, organized, and operational facility.
  10. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance in data center areas (e.g., server farms, facilities rooms), lobbies, and common areas (e.g., meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  11. Oversee repair, installation, and renovation projects while minimizing disruption to operations and maintaining activity logs.
  12. Supervise property management tasks, including minor building and office repairs, janitorial services, and regular maintenance.
  13. Coordinate landscaping, gardening, common area beautification, and carpentry work to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  14. Ensure warehouse and property operations meet financial targets by providing relevant budget information, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistical or Administration, Property Management or any Engineering course;
  • With background in Warehouse Operations and Inventory Control
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
