Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Service Administrator to support our Australian-based team in managing the offhire and damage process for our rental equipment fleet. This remote role involves coordinating offhire documentation, managing damage reporting workflows, and ensuring accurate records and communication across our internal systems and customer base.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working in service coordination, fleet support, or equipment hire operations—particularly in roles involving asset tracking, work orders, or post-hire assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of returned equipment and attachments following maintenance or rental.
  • Compare pre- and post-hire condition reports to identify discrepancies and determine if damage charges apply.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and workshop teams to finalize assessments and related documentation.
  • Use rental management systems (MCs Rental) to track inspections, update records, and schedule evaluations.
  • Support accurate invoicing by clearly distinguishing chargeable damage-related issues from general wear and tear.
  • Communicate with clients or internal teams to resolve damage-related concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience in equipment inspection or asset assessment, preferably within rental, maintenance, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to compare pre- and post-hire condition reports and identify discrepancies accurately.
  • Knowledge of equipment wear and tear and the ability to distinguish between normal use and damage that may incur charges.
  • Proficiency in using rental management systems (e.g., MCs Rental) or similar asset tracking/inspection software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, logistics, and workshop teams to complete assessments and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to address damage-related concerns professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and chargeable assessments to support accurate billing of damages.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage inspection schedules, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make fair, evidence-based decisions during equipment evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
