Rider Support Agent activities:Waymo Rider Support agents provide assistance to passengers using the Waymo One autonomous ride-hailing service. They offer support through the Waymo app via chat, email, or phone, and can also be reached by phone for a callback. They are available to help with various issues, including trip-related problems, lost and found items, and safety concerns.
How to Contact Rider Support:
a. In-app: Access support options (chat, email, phone, callback) within the Waymo app
b. Get Help button: Use the "Get help" button during a ride to request a callback
c. Email: Contact them for questions about potential claims
What Rider Support Agents Do:
a. Assist with trip issues: They can help with problems encountered during a ride, such as unexpected stops, route deviations, or communication issues
b. Help with lost and found: They can assist in locating and recovering items left behind in Waymo vehicles
c. Address safety concerns: They can help with any safety-related issues or concerns that arise during a ride
d. Provide support for teen accounts: assist teens and their parents with any issues related to teen accounts, including linking parents and providing support throughout the ride
e. Contact parents of teens: In the event of an issue with a teen's ride, Rider Support may contact the parent via a three-way call or help arrange a new ride for the teen
