Key Responsibilities:
As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, proactively and reactively handling queries and escalations. Your role will include:
- Responding to customers' concerns and inquiries.
- Engaging with customers and vendors through live chat.
- Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- At least 6 months of Non-voice Support experience in BPO industry.
- Good computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
- The capability to prioritize quickly and remain unflustered in a dynamic environment.
