Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, proactively and reactively handling queries and escalations. Your role will include:

  • Responding to customers' concerns and inquiries.
  • Engaging with customers and vendors through live chat.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 6 months of Non-voice Support experience in BPO industry.
  • Good computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • The capability to prioritize quickly and remain unflustered in a dynamic environment.
