What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MRO Storeroom Supervisor to oversee the overall management of our storeroom operations. This role ensures accurate inventory, efficient storage, and optimized stock controlto drive operational success and create a lasting impact.

  • Optimize inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Ensure accurate ERP records and real-time inventory tracking.
  • Maximize warehouse efficiency with strategic storage and security measures.
  • Conduct regular audits, reconcile discrepancies, and lead cycle counting.
  • Analyze inventory data to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvements in inventory control processes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing storeroom operations team.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in inventory and warehouse management, preferably in a heavy industry or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems for warehouse and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Work Location: Must be willing to be assigned to our Baesa, Quezon City Office (300 Quirino Highway). Accessibility: 1 jeepney ride from LRT-1 Balintawak Station. Proximity: Approximately 5 km from SM North EDSA.
  • Willing to work a 45–48-hour workweek.
