We are looking for a creative, independent, and business-minded Marketing Supervisor who can plan and execute marketing ideas on their own. The ideal candidate understands how to promote different product categories (electronics, lifestyle items, office supplies, automotive products, and more) and can create strong marketing campaigns and visuals.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, smart, flexible, and has strong graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions independently.
  • Promote various product categories with strong commercial understanding and market insight.
  • Create marketing materials such as posters, banners, product visuals, and social media content.
  • Develop creative concepts, product messaging, and campaign themes.
  • Plan and support online and offline marketing activities, promotions, and small events.
  • Produce content for product catalogues, presentations, and social media.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing decisions.
  • Work with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure marketing supports business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing (distribution, FMCG, or multi-category products is a plus).
  • Strong graphic design skills; proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial sense and understanding of how to promote products effectively.
  • Experience in promotions, activations, or small event execution is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
