We are seeking an experienced Senior Go High Level (GHL) Developer to lead automation, funnel development, and CRM implementations for our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, proactive, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects and junior developers.

Experience with n8n and Lovable is highly desirable.


What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and optimisation of GHL funnels, automations, triggers, and workflows
  • Build and maintain CRM setups, pipelines, campaigns, forms, and surveys
  • Design and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and cross-platform automations
  • Manage and refine snapshots, account setups, and user permissions
  • Collaborate directly with clients to scope requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and oversee project quality
  • Document processes and ensure delivery within timelines
  • Build advanced workflows in n8n (bonus)
  • Develop tools/automations in Lovable (bonus)

What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Go High Level development experience
  • Strong understanding of automation logic, CRM customisation, and funnel architecture
  • Proven experience with API connections, webhook setup, and data mapping
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate with clients and translate requirements into solutions
  • Experience managing or guiding a small team
  • High attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
  • Automation experience using n8n
  • Experience building inside Lovable
  • Zapier, , or similar workflow tools
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics
